"The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts." NKJV

Heyyy friends, it's been a while, I knowww

 Trust y'all have been well?

The past few weeks, I have been brainstorming how I can make my audience (you) more about this blog. Why, because?  My audience is my priority and voila! I came up with this topic, which led to an interview session with a personality chosen by my audience - to - be.

REWIND: I conducted an interview with a personality from the student clique of life and here's what he has to say

Oladokun Dammy is year 4 student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria, studying Agricultural Management. Football and cooking? That's kind of his forte.

Letting Go is Ugly. Letting go doesn't always mean everything will glow all at once. **Shrinks** Yup, I said that. You will get to cry out your worries just before sleeping but the beautiful part in it is that God sees it all, and will offer something better when the time is right. This is the waiting period, the one everyone has been talking about. You just stepped into it, here, God is preparing you for the "better thing". Teaching you patience, trust, diligence, gratitude, endurance, discerning, wisdom (wisdom is different from discerning. Explanation for another blog post) He's teaching you everything you need as equipment, so when the better thing arrives, you don't fall short.

 To enjoy this process:

🍒 Let God in: Not that He isn't aware, He wants to see you acknowledge His supremacy. And how He can send ease, how He can strengthen you, hoe He can take the ugly situation and create a beautiful opportunity. Ask God for directions. Yes, he wants that.

🍒 Appreciate where you are: Say "God, you appreciate that I have to let go of this for the better you have ahead of me. It's not easy but I am grateful, even, here." There, you have it. Tested and trusted. God doesn't flop because He is not wearing flip flops. You get it? *Winks*

🍒 Stay grateful! The Devil will come. Yes, He will make things seem like they won't get better. He will make you have the urge to question God, but you see, my people, that's why the Devil is lying in the bottomless pit and God, the SUPREME GOD, is seated on the throne ON HIGH

🍒 Be sensitive: God will bring teachings, leaders. He will teach you everything. Be sensitive to knowing when God is speaking. He speaks about situations/circumstances (different ways). We hear by listening. That is how you know when the opportunity has arrived.  Don't compromise. The Devil will bring similar opportunities, but being sensitive is the advantage. God will teach you, that is preparing. Opportunities to boost your skills will come. Take it up. I am not saying all of them is meant for you. That is why I placed the emphasis on being sensitive.

Let's take, for instance, I am waiting on God for an internship opportunity. I have let go of the first because it wasn't paying but rather draining me. Right here, I am learning to spend less, save more. The situation is tight but I snapped getting empowered. I have more time for God than before. So when I get my internship opportunity, I don't fall short.

And yes, that's all I think you have to do.

I will write to you soon. Remember to stay happy 🤗  I am currently reading How you can be Led by the Spirit of God by Kenneth. E. Hagin and Don't Settle for Safe written by Sarah Jakes Robert 🍒
