🍓 Your Favorite Bible Prescription 🍓 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 KJV   I just loosened my weaved hair for my wash day when I heard the news that there'd be an increase in tuition. I just brushed it off after dad told me because I felt my school was just trying to pull our legs together to hear the next day that the increment was confirmed. I told God how I trusted Him to take care of it and didn't bother worrying until nothing was coming in and things were pretty tight at home. I would cry out of my eyes every night; I didn't tell anyone how I felt at that time. I was doing the strong girl thing and encouraging veryone around me that God was going to provide, but in my closet, it is a strong girl gone soft. POV: 2nd Kings 1:9-18 😌   It kept on and on until I spoke with my pastor, and she sai...

🍓 Bible Prescription 🍓   " the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints " Ephesians 1:18 KJV God's image. The image of God. Being an image of God. You see me, you see God, that is what it means to be God's image.  You know how beautiful is the fact that God actually relay His image in different faces. Our faces are different, right. Except for some of us who  are identical and for some of us that look alike, just like seeing my sister, you'd know right up that she is my father's daughter because they really do look alike but that's not my point. Where I am driving at is the fact that God created us, different faces but one image. This shows that God is trying to teach us by representing Himself in different faces. So when we meet a believer, He is trying to make us see a particular face of Himself. God planted a substance ...

...AND IT'S A WRAP!

Hi Darlings! 🤗 The year is coming to an end in two days. Let's end it on a note of gratitude.  So many things happen in 2022. I got tired and exhausted. Cried myself to sleep at times. There was joy and blessings. God raised help in places I could have least imagined. God was faithful all the way. I started off this year with a template filled with goals. I was unable to achieve all, but I am grateful for the ones I was able to achieve. And in anticipation, I am grateful for all I'd achieve in the coming year. I trust you were able to achieve those set goals as well. And if not, it doesn't mean you are a failure. Stay grateful for all you achieved and have a review of why you weren't able to achieve it. Attend retreats. It is a good way to refresh and equip you for 2023.    This song by Travis Greene is everything. You should listen: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CaIvqmFaE9c Thank you for being a part of my 2022. Creating contents was fun because of you all. I wish...

Letting Go For Something Better

Your Favorite Bible Prescription : Haggai 2:9 "The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts." NKJV 🍒                      🍒                        🍒  Heyyy friends, it's been a while, I knowww  Trust y'all have been well?  The past few weeks, I have been brainstorming how I can make my audience (you) more about this blog. Why, because?  My audience is my priority and voila! I came up with this topic, which led to an interview session with a personality chosen by my audience - to - be.   REWIND : I conducted an interview with a personality from the student clique of life and here's what he has to say Oladokun Dammy is year 4 student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria, studying Agricultural Management. LOVE: THE WAY TO VICTORY

I just typed a text, pouring all my heart into it, reading it over and over, waiting to get the prompt to click on the "send" button. Yes, this was just me expressing how I felt. They should know they have hurt me so much that I can't afford to drink what was stored in the cup alone. I did. I sent it and, after three hours, felt really awful. I apologised and headed on to delete the text.  It can be really hard to not want to retaliate when you are hurt and under pressure. I know that, but you see, that is not what God expects from us as his children. We are to keep walking in love irregardless of the circumstances.  Here's what you should do:  This video was compiled with the aid of @radiatingChrist's post on IG.  In Isaiah 42:16 (NKJV), God promises, "I will lead them in paths they have not known." I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These things I will do for them, and not forsake them'. Just because you don't ...

THE REVIEW: FIVE HINDRANCES TO GROWTH IN GRACE.

It was an honor to read this book in conjunction with Covenant Child Fellowship at the University of Lagos. The timely weekly review allowed for better knowledge and formation. I was reading six books at the same time. One each from GTG, Bookathon, the faculty fellowship, a buddy, and a proofreader for my soon-to-be-published works. I am the type of person that can multi-task and yet be effective, so it came naturally to me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's trapped in the between. What I've learnt is reflected in this review. - Attempting to be like other people, both in the sense of trying to be like the rest of the world and even other Christians. Being who God created you to be, not someone else's. It's not always the large things; it's often the little things, such as worldly goods, amusement, pleasure, and sports, which we refer to as legitimate. - Vocality (talkativeness is a great hindrance to growth in grace). The simplicity of a fool's speec...
